From analysis to the design of quality solutions
After receiving the customer’s request, we carry out an in-depth analysis of both the technical and quality requirements, taking into account all aspects relating to the integration of the component into our production process. Through analysis and simulations, we are able to identify all the elements necessary for the development of the complete project, so as to anticipate the emergence of possible critical issues. We always provide the best solutions, in direct collaboration with the customer through a co-engineering system, to optimize component costs and performance.

1 Study of the process
We analyze and optimize the production process of automotive and thermo-hydraulic products, guaranteeing quality, precision and speed from design to delivery to the customer.
2 Casting simulation
Reduction of development times, minimization of production costs, improvement of product quality, greater flexibility and adaptability, continuous innovation. Within our company, the use of simulation of die casting and molding processes is an essential practice to optimize operations and maximize production efficiency, giving us a detailed overview of workflows and operational dynamics before they are even implemented on the field.
3 FMEA analysis
We apply the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) method to identify and mitigate potential failures in the production process, ensuring high reliability and safety of the products.
4 Equipment study
We design and build the mechanical processing equipment internally. This approach allows total control over quality and adaptation to the specific needs of the production process, ensuring efficiency, precision and flexibility.
5 Tools
We partner with leading tool manufacturing companies to create specialized tools tailored to each project. This guarantees performance optimization and precise adaptation to the specific needs of each process, ensuring high-quality results.
6 Control instruments
We adopt advanced control systems in all phases: at entry, during production and at the end of the process. We use both sampling and 100% inspection, sometimes with automated systems, to ensure maximum precision and compliance with rigorous quality standards.
7 Mounting jigs and poka-yoke
We integrate MOUNTING JIGS AND POKA YOKE to optimize production. Mounting jigs guide assembly, ensuring accuracy and reducing errors. Poka Yokes identify and prevent errors in the process, improving quality and reducing waste. Both solutions increase efficiency and reduce corrective costs, guaranteeing high quality products.

Constant investment in research and development has allowed us to acquire industry certifications and recognitions over the years. In 2019, we achieved IATF 16949:2016 certification in the automotive sector, complementing ISO 9001:2015 and thus expanding our quality scope. In 2020, we added ISO 14001, demonstrating a commitment to reduce the environmental impact of our production. Process technological innovations have made it possible to achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption per kg of processed material from approximately 1.75 kWh/kg to 1.15 kWh/kg (-35%).
