The component requires high precision in casting, machining and assembly,  <\/span>with strict control of<b> mounting forces<\/b> to ensure correct functional performance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mass:<\/b> 1.35 Kg Dimension: 165 \u00d7 55 \u00d7 30 mm<br \/>\n<b>Material:<\/b> Ductile Cast Iron, Stainless Steel<br \/>\n<b>Raw part obtained per:<\/b> Cast iron DISAMATIC moulding; central stainless-steel bushing machined from AISI 304 bar stock<br \/>\n<b>Finished part obtained via: <\/b>Machining + Coating + Semi-automatic assembly<b> with force-controlled mounting of lateral components (&lt;30 kN), mounting force of central bushings (&gt;1 kN), and minimum bushing step-out force (&gt;8 kN) <\/b><br \/>\n<b>Challenge:<\/b> guarantee correct fixing and functional forces \u2192 co-design with customer<br \/>\n<b>OEM:<\/b> Mercedes-Benz (via Tier1)<\/p>\n<h3><b>PROJECT OVERVIEW<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Querlenkerlager is a critical element of the suspension system.
